What is wrong with Smoltz?

He's killing me! 1 save, but an ERA around 10 is killing me! He has yet to go an outing without giving up a run.

With most guys i would tell people to be patient but.............

During the playoffs it was obvious his age was catching uup to him and he had injury problems...........


I was expecting this and was advising people to trade him while he had so much value...............

as an owner of Smoltzie im a little concerned... and kind of mad because of how hes performed... but its just week 1... and mostly pitchers suffer in week 1 so wait for the season to unfold so you can see that smoltzie is one of the best Cl in da game!!

he isn't using his breaking pitches enough, rather relying basically solely on his fastball.

that is exactly what i told a buddy of mine last night. he was not throwing anything with any movement....
