Huh? He's been hitting well, especially considering the thumb injury. The homeruns aren't there, but he's hitting for average.

And yeah once his finger gets better he should improve his power hitting, throwing him aside would be foolish, atleast this early...

Slow starter, is usually hot in early summer. Finger adds to the equation. Expect 40-50 homers over the season.
