worrying trend?

Postby Bloody Nipples » Sun Apr 25, 2004 1:33 pm

Each week, my h2h team has done just average. But at the beginning of each week, I am always way ahead in the batting cats. Usually, all my hitters have great games the first couple of days, and then the rest of the time they suck, including Beltran occasionally. What happens is my lead on the other team gradually slides away, and I end up tying for the week. Is this a trend I should worry about, or is it just pure bad luck?

That's what you call over-analyzing. :-) My H2H has currently been the opposite. I start off slow as molasses and heat up toward the end of the week. I wouldn't worry about it.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
