I think Bochy could have left him in to face Cepicky ( %-6 ) but his pitch count was kinda high for a young kid who was hurt in the spring. the 7 k's is a plus and he didn't hurt our ERA. ;-D
It's like I've died and gone to heaven......but then they realized that it wasn't my time, so they sent me to a brewery.

Another win for Otsuka. His Yahoo value should be through the roof by now. ;-7

Even giving up a couple of runs to the Expos isn't going to remove Peavy from his current spot in my lineup. The kid is good and I'll start him every game. ;-D

*Might have to think about Coors field though* ;-)
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

I thought twice about Wade Miller at Coors and benched him. And he only gave up 2 ER. :-[

I benched Nomo there too. I forgot that was where he threw his no-no.

Actually I will never start a Pitcher there.

Agreed. Better safe than sorry. If Schilling can't pitch there, then everyone's getting benched.

peavy is an amazing buy low candidate right now. he continued his streak last night of giving up 2 or less ER's in every start this season and this will translate into W's as well soon enough. he showed how filthy his stuff can be in the earlybgoing by K'ing 4 or 5 guys in a row.
