Mussina and Santana are pitching today...

Post by Bloody Nipples »

Is anybody watching the two games these guys are pitching in? If so, can you tell the Cafe what these guys look like? Is Mussina's fastball back to what it usually is? Is Santana getting unlucky again? Any input on how they look would help tremendously.

Thanks.

Looking at that 4th inning, it looks like Mussina's taking a beating. Is he getting hit hard or are those singles just bloops?

Yeah, give him a break. Not everyone can get guys like Marco Scutaro and Adam Melheuse out.

Matt Morris and Johan Santana! Just great! It's so surprising just how badly my team is pitching right now. Santana was like this huge sleeper, too. I haven't given up just yet, but these horrific starts have got to end sometime, or I'll cut ties with him. Especially since Santana's pitching against some pretty bad hitting teams (Toronto's good, but ice cold...Chris Gomez?!).
