lol... or strains a lung breathing.
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

Floyd is an injury waiting to happen, no doubt. But even if I get a month or two out of him at his current torrid pace, he's well worth it.

Being that he is such an injury risk, do you think he's worth blowing a #5 waiver spot in a 10 team, h2h, non-keeper, Sportsline league?

I would. Yes Floyd is an injury risk and he probably will get injured again :~( *knock on wood* but when he's healthy he usually hits like the best of them. Hitting in front of Piazza doesn't hurt.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

Boy what a bunch of killjoys. Have some faith this is the year he gets 500 ab's.

PS I said that in '99, '00 '01, '02 and '03. But this time I mean it.
I'm holding my breath, he's on all 3 of my teams.

He's a dime a dozen pitcher, and if Floyd is a FA in your league, it's pretty shallow...so I don't know why you have Silva in the first place.

you mean the league is pretty deep, not shallow, right? :-D
