Where is a good site to keep track of how the top prospects are doing in the minors right now?

BaseballAmerica.com is real good. A lot of their information is pay-for but they have good free articles and a daily email that you can sign up for free. The daily email gives you the stats for all the minor league studs the day before.

Baseball America is a great read for any hard core baseball fan or serious roto player. Easily my favorite sports publication.

If you go to Baseball Prospectus, click on their Minor League Equivalent Average section in Stats. You'll find EqA for all minor leaguers. The nice thing about EqA is that it is adjusted for park and league, and standardized to set the average at .260. So if you see a player with a Major League EqA (MLEqA) that is .260, you know that right now he is putting up number equivalent to an average major leaguer.

The other thing to keep in mind when looking at these numbers is the player's age. A 27 year old crushing AAA pitching is VERY different then a 21 year old doing the same.
