That is funny. You don't have to be a Yankee fan to know that he is a good fantasy SS, though. ;-)

Since May, he is hitting .276 with 15 R, 4 HR, 18 RBI, and 4 SB. That's up to the minute pending a 9th inning AB. I would agree that he needs to sustain it, though.

Plus since last week he is 6 R, 1 HR, 7 RBI, 2 SB, .400 excluding today

not to mention today he is 4/5, 2 R, 2 HR, 3 RBI

Not too bad DJ ;-D

Well, while I admire how classy he is, you have to remember that he is the person you most associate with the current Yankees, and thus I have very few good feelings for him. :-D

You must like him more than say... :-? ...Aaron Boone right? :-D

For me, the only Red Sock I don't like is Pedro. Nomar seems like a nice guy and Manny gained a ton of respect from me (b4 I was indifferent to him) with what he did with the citizenship issue as an American

It's not that I dislike Jeter. I mean, in the heat of a game, I might say that. I'm sure he's a nice guy. But he represents everything that is the Yankees.

And I don't have much feelings for Boone, to be honest. He got a fat knuckle ball. It happens. Wake should never have been in there (another issue that isn't discussed about that game--why do you put in a knuckle ball pitcher in a extra innings when you don't have last at bats? grrr... )
I'm back. Sorta.

Apparently you haven't been watching him the last 2-3 weeks. Not too shabby for a guy people were leaving for dead a short time ago.
