Strictly RBIs?

Alfonzo.
Fantasy sports are ruled by the 50-50-90 rule...

Anytime you have a 50/50 choice between two players, 90% of the time, you'll get it wrong

I have Kaz right now, and I am going to wait it out with him until he gets comfortable and starts hitting better. Until then, I am going to platoon players at the 2B/SS spot. I am a little low in the RBI's, and I figure that would be a good place to start. But I guess I would not say it is based stricly on RBI's, but it is the category I am focusing on the most right now. Also, who do you think is the best overall player out of those for a 5x5 roto league. Thanks!

Alfonzo as long as he stays hot and hits behind Bonds. Remember 99, Alfonzo put up 100+ RBIs, I cant say the same about the others.

Yea, that Alfonzo has had some success in his career. 27 hr and 108 rbi in 1999, and 25 hr and 94 rbi in 2000. I remember he played extremely well last year in the playoffs, .529 avg in the NL division series. I think I am going to take a chance on him until Kaz can turn things around. Anyone else have any opinions on Alfonzo and if he can maintain his old form? He sure seems interesting, hitting behind Bonds and his brief past success.

You crazy mo fo's:

Aaron Miles and Rivas are the hottest 2B right now. Kent is injured, Soriano isn't doing that well.

3B. Hank Blalock is awesome. .300+ BA, among league leader in HR's. Of course he's no Rolen, but an awesome late round pick-up this year.

What does this have to do with what I was asking in the first place? And no, Miles and Rivas are not the hottest 2B right now.

I remember a lot of talk going on at the start of the season about Spivey possibly being traded to the Yankees, or someone else. I havent heard anything much about this lately, which is probably because he was injured and out for a while. BUT, does anyone still think it is possible that Spivey be dealt, and what would that do to his value? I know he is only owned in only 38% of espn leagues now, and before he got injured, he was owned in 100%. Anyone still see him breaking out this year?
