yeah, as soon as the a's acquired dotel i immediately dropped rhodes and was pleased to see that riske was still a forgotten FA so i picked him up and stashed him. now he needs to hold off wickman until wickman's arm craps out or he gets moved somewhere else.

notice how wedge set jimenez up to fail by putting him in for garbage time the day after he took an ugly loss....made his closer decision easier i guess.

Great ! I was able to pick him up in 2 of 4 leagues. He's been light's the month of june. B-)
You never can tell...the depth of the well...by the length of the handle on the pump..

Good. I need saves in the league where I own Riske more than I do the league that owns Jimenez.

i think the right idea is to hang onto riske EVEN IF wickman begins closing again, because it would most likely be to showcase him temporarily and move him, or if he sucks riske gets it back shortly anyways.

As long as Riske is putting up a sub 2 ERA and stellar WHIP, he'll be on my team. I'm talking about recent stats, not season stats by the way.
