I just made a huge trade one of my teams, and I was just wondering if you could give me your thoughts on the deal. It's a 12 team public rotisserie league.21 players on a team.Classis 5x5 scoring. Here's my standing so far:

My lineup before the trade was this:
C-Robert Fick
1b-Todd Helton
2b-Junior Spivey
3b-Shea Hillenbrand
ss-Tony Batista
OF-Lance Berkman
OF-Jacque Jones
OF-Bernie Williams
UTIL-Jim Thome
Bench-Luis Castillo
Bench-Raul Ibanez

SP-Odalis Perez
SP-Kip Wells
SP-Josh Beckett
SP-Rodrigo Lopez
SP-Randy Johnson
SP-Paul Byrd
SP-Vicente Padilla
RP-Eric Gagne
RP-Eddie Guardado
RP-Jose Jiminez

I traded him Todd Helton,Junior Spivey, and Odalis Perez and I got Mike Mussina,Barry Zito, and Matt Morris.Am I losing too much power?Just write with your thoughts on this trade.I'm going on vacation but I will see your comments when I get back in a week.Thakns alot.

Well with Helton;a back bothering him he is not hitting as many homers as usual. And Castillo can go in for Spivey and help your steals ranking. Zito will be a stud for the rest of the year. Looks like it could help you.

Interesting deal. I love Helton, back and all, but with Thome and Castillo around, this trade might work out very nicely, especially since you'd probably want to play Castillo more anyway. It's by no means a sure thing, but it looks like a bold move that could pay dividends. I certainly like the thinking behind it. ;-D
