maybe i lucked out but i pulled away with pods as my last pick this year and though he didn't produce much second half his first half steals kept me in the top of the pack. but i see your point as to how he will be better than most other final round picks.

Kearns has burned me before, thats why I avoided him lately. It only fits for him to go down with something like this.

Well I got Victor Martinez in the last round this year. :-D
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

I got Hafner in one and Oliver Perez in another......

But most of the time I agree w/ you. I tend to always take a chance on at least one person. This year was the likes of Griffey, Drew and Clemens. It just all depends. But, if he's available w/ my last pick in the up-coming drafts, I'll use it on him.

Yeah slomo I have to argue that last round thing, I too drafted V Mart, not to mention Crawford late. :-)

I think you guys are missing the bigger picture on Kearns... I think the ghost of Schott is in the clubhouse... Cincy has to lead the league in freakish injuries.. they have Kearns Larson and Griffey all in one place w/ Griffey being a younger version of Mr. Glass ala "Unbreakable"
