I think Lofunzo has to change his avatar to a Mets avatar until next season now. ;-D
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

I'm sure they will get an extra day off here and there, but nothing crazy. Have to keep them sharp for the playoffs.

Congrats to the Red Birds. ;-D

Yeah...Congrats to the Dead Birds... :-/

I agree too...I wouldn't expect to many games off for the starters... :-)

if anything the starters might leave the games early in the 6th inning or so, but they will not miss many games as they need to stay sharp for theplayoffs.....

Manny Ramirez....$20 million
Pedro Martinez....$17.5 million
Curt Schilling...$12 million (and a $2 million bonus)
Never hearing a Yankee fan chant 1918 again...priceless.
