What are people's thoughts/projections for this coming season? I've heard he's been working out hard this offseason to shed some pounds.

I've got him ranked in the low to mid 40's for SP with a projection of

W, ERA, WHIP, SO

C.C. Sabathia 15 3.9 1.28 150

He was supposedly doing the same last year. 1st and 2nd half in 2004 were night and day for him, so I don't have a good feel of what to expect.

In a standard league hes a good #3-5 pitcher. I project ... 4.10 ERA 12-14 wins, 1.30 WHIP, and about 150 Ks.
