Will he be a starter like the D-Backs website indicates, or stay a reliever as indicated by Roto Times?

He's started a grand total of 1 game in his career, so you can see how this can be confusing.

D'Backs rotation will be:
1. Russ Ortiz
2. Brandon Webb
3. Javier Vazquez
4. Shawn Estes
5. Mike Gosling

Villareal will pitch out of long relief.

Another question:

Why does Aquino get the edge over Valverde to be the closer? Valverde was injured last year but dominated in 2003. Is he still hurting or something?

Yes..he isn't 100% healthy yet, and Aquino is a very good option...

Valverde will be back in the mix, if he can get, and remain healthy... ;-D
