Trading Ohtani

Guy in my league has been after him. After recent showings, I told him he's getting more expensive. Today, he offered:

J. Upton
T. Shaw

for
Carpenter
Ohtani

I'm pretty sure this is an accept? I like Ohtanis upside, but Upton is a solid bat. Even though my P is below average to average, should I accept?

Ehhh...I still do not think this guy is going to end up being useful as anything more than a fantasy 3 (maybe 2) SP. Including Carpenter though make it less advantageous. See if you can lessen the other player going back. My 2 cents.
